Shri. G D Naidu set up G D Naidu Charities, a charitable institution, registered under the Societies Act, with an objective of setting up museums, science centre and technical institutions, to further the cause of educating the next generation by practical means.
After his demise the charitable trust is run by his son, Shri. G D Gopal. During his time, Shri G D Gopal has added on the Gedee Technical Training Institute, Gedee Car Museum, Experimenta (Interactive Science Centre).
The Museums and Science Centres are run under the same philosophy of the founder.
Being a non-profit organisation, the museums and Science Centres are run with the support of the group companies and with the donations received from other corporates through CSR initiatives.
